Bermuda Risk Summit 2023 event wrap up

This week over 450 delegates gathered at the Hamilton Princess, Bermuda to attend the annual Bermuda Risk Summit for 2023, hosted by the Bermuda Business Development Agency.

The summit kicked off with a high level CEO panel with Peter Bell, CEO & Managing Director, Everest Re Bermuda, Megan Thomas CEO, Hamilton Re, Stephen Catlin, Chairman, Convex and Chris Schaper CEO, AIG Re, moderated by The Insurer TV’s Sophie Roberts.

This was followed by a jam-packed two day agenda with the industry's best providing key market insights on a range of topics including, the upcoming renewals, Florida reforms, the specialty reinsurance opportunity, cyber, ILS appetite and much more.

With over 150 overseas delegates, the Summit has become an integral part of the international reinsurance calendar and its return in 2024 is highly anticipated.
