Travelers shares up 5% after big earnings beat

Travelers shares were trading up 5 percent in New York this morning on a strong earnings beat despite evidence of incremental deceleration in rate increases as the US insurance giant outperformed on its core underwriting results and revealed higher-than-expected share repurchases.
