Stone Point and Insight Partners to buy CoreLogic in $6bn deal

The board of CoreLogic has approved a transaction that will see funds managed by Stone Point Capital and Insight Partners acquire all of its outstanding shares for $80 per share in cash, in a take-private deal that values the property information and analytics provider at $6bn.
