SiriusPoint adds former Hiscox CEO Bronek Masojada to board of directors

Bermuda specialty (re)insurer SiriusPoint has named longtime Hiscox CEO Bronek Masojada to its board of directors, replacing Gretchen Hayes, who announced last month she would step down from her post.
