R&Q shares rise with fundraise plan and upbeat outlook

After yesterday’s steep drop-off following the abrupt termination of a £482mn ($605mn) takeover offer, stability returned to Randall & Quilter (R&Q)’s share price as it unveiled a $108mn equity raise and reassured investors on trading prospects and strategic direction as a public company.
