Putin signs law to nationalise $10bn+ of leased international aircraft

Legislation to effectively nationalise the ~$10bn+ of leased international aircraft currently trapped in Russia and prevent them from being returned to lessors is understood to have today been enshrined in law by President Vladimir Putin.
