P&I clubs lose appeal for UK’s sole arbitration of €425mn Venezuela dispute
The UK Court of Appeal has dismissed the UK Mutual Steamship and UK P&I Club’s appeal for the UK courts to be the sole arbitrator of a dispute with the Republic of Venezuela over the 2020 sinking of naval patrol vessel Naiguata.
