MDS Brasil completes D’Or Consultoria acquisition to strengthen LatAm market share

MDS Brasil, a subsidiary of Ardonagh-owned MDS Group, has completed its R$800mn ($139.1mn) acquisition of D’Or Consultoria, which was financed by Ardonagh Group through available liquidity.
