Louisiana high court reverses policyholder win in first US Covid BI case

The Supreme Court of Louisiana has reversed an appeals court ruling that had handed a win to the Oceana Grill restaurant in the case known as Cajun Conti – the first Covid-19 business interruption insurance case that was filed in the US – and reinstated the original trial court ruling in favor of Lloyd’s.
