Inszone acquires LPL Insurance following Lightyear buy-in
Expansive US retail broker consolidator Inszone Insurance Services has completed the acquisition of LPL Insurance Agency in the Sacramento-based firm’s first transaction since last month’s investment by Lightyear Capital.
