IACP panel: Response to fighting social inflation needs to be industrywide

Organizations across the insurance industry need to band together to counteract the highly coordinated efforts of the plaintiffs’ bar and regulatory bodies that have been driving an enormous acceleration of social inflation trends, executives speaking at the International Association of Claim Professionals’ New York conference said on Thursday.
