Hiscox settles BI arbitration case with UK policyholder action group

London-listed Hiscox and the members of the Hiscox Action Group have reached an undisclosed settlement in respect of the arbitration proceedings brought by the policyholder group’s members relating to business interruption losses suffered as a result of the pandemic lockdowns.
