Heritage takes 6% stake in insurtech Slide as part of strategic partnership

Florida-based carrier Heritage Insurance Holdings has entered into a strategic partnership with Slide, which is led by former Heritage CEO Bruce Lucas, including taking a 6 percent equity stake in the insurtech and transferring ownership of a licensed insurer and an MGA.
