Guy Carp and Willis Re resolve disputes over LatAm hires

Two lawsuits related to Guy Carpenter’s hire of 24 Latin America-focused brokers from Willis Re have been resolved, with the individual defendants in the cases - including former Willis Re Latin America and Caribbean chairman Anthony Phillips - now free to solicit business.
