Goldman-backed Clear Group acquires credit specialist Rycroft

Goldman Sachs-backed UK broker consolidator Clear Group has acquired credit insurance specialist Rycroft Associates and Inspire Credit Management, in a deal designed to bolster the firm’s commercial offering.
