Flat Iron chain serves up BI legal action against QIC Europe
The owner of London-based steakhouse chain Flat Iron has become the second hospitality business in less than a month to sue insurer QIC Europe Ltd to recover BI losses it says it suffered as a result of the national Covid-19 lockdowns.
