FCA judgment highlights need for state-backed systemic cat reinsurer: Totus Re

The duo behind proposed UK systemic cat reinsurer Totus Re have warned many UK businesses remain at risk of being unable to secure insurance despite a High Court judgement finding in favour of policyholders on “the majority” of the key issues in the FCA’s business interruption test case.
