EMCI buyout offer gets ISS backing

Proxy advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) has recommended that EMC Insurance Group (EMCI) shareholders vote in favour of the buyout offer from majority shareholder Employers Mutual Casualty Company (EMCC).
