Divestment deal values hit lowest in a decade in H1: WTW

The value of divestment deals plunged to their lowest level for at least a decade in the first six months of 2020 as firms faced a “sudden and dramatic shift” in markets due to the coronavirus pandemic, according to Willis Towers Watson’s Divestment Performance Monitor (DPM).
