Conning study: Wholesale non-loss cost ratio 1.8 pts lower than for retail

An analysis conducted by Conning has suggested that wholesale insurance distribution does not increase the cost of the transaction to the insured, with the total non-loss cost ratio for a wholesale composite from 2016-2020 lower than the retail composite by 1.8 points.
