BSA agrees new $850mn settlement that would seek to drop Hartford deal

The Boy Scouts of America has reached an $850mn settlement with parties representing over 60,000 men that have brought sexual abuse claims, with the agreement stating the association will seek to not go forward with a previous $650mn settlement of claims with The Hartford.
