At-Bay’s Itskovich : Cyber XoL rate-on-line “insanely expensive” at 10%
Cyber XoL rate-on-line reached 10 percent at the 1 January renewals as demand continued to outstrip supply for cyber reinsurance, according to At-Bay founder and chief risk officer Roman Itskovich.
