Aon: US cyber loss ratio improves 22 pts as premiums grow 50% in 2022

US cyber written premium reported to the NAIC grew 50 percent to $7.22bn in 2022 while the loss ratio decreased 22 points to 45 percent, Aon has highlighted in a new report, but the broker warned of a challenge to maintain favourable loss ratio trends in 2023 in the face of headwinds.
