Aon focus likely remains on litigating with DoJ despite settlement talks reports

Nothing appears to have changed in the stance of Aon and its lawyers as they move forwards in litigation with the US Department of Justice over the Willis Towers Watson (WTW) deal, despite reports of settlement talks over the five product markets identified in the US regulator’s antitrust suit.
