US insurers extend winning streak in federal appeals of Covid-19 BI litigation

Insurers have come out on top in all eight federal appeals court rulings in US Covid-19 business interruption (BI) lawsuits so far, with other recent developments such as Cincinnati Financial winning in the first jury trial meaning that the industry is yet to suffer a major setback in litigation stemming from the pandemic.
