GBLI CEO Brown was appointed after IT delays and “unacceptable product deliveries”

Global Indemnity CEO Joseph Brown said he was installed last month following “a series of both third-party IT delivery delays and unacceptable product deliveries” but stated there will be no major shift in the strategy unveiled last year, despite the leadership change and activist investor Harbert Discovery Fund (HDF) selling down its stake.
