Liberty confirms Lloyd’s insurer Pembroke undertaking “strategic review”

Liberty Mutual has today confirmed that it has engaged corporate advisers Evercore to lead a “strategic review” of its Lloyd’s Pembroke Managing Agency that could ultimately lead to a sale of the company.
