Swiss Re: Global protection gap reaches all-time high of $1.83trn

The global protection gap for all perils is estimated to have reached a new high of $1.83trn in 2023, according to Swiss Re Institute, with the research also highlighting the importance of improving crop insurance penetration in the face of nat cat activity and food supply chains.
