PIFC’s Frazier: FAIR Plan is a “house of cards”
Rex Frazier, president of the Personal Insurance Federation of California, which represents 75 percent of the personal lines insurance market in the state, has told The Insurer TV that the FAIR Plan is a “house of cards”.
