Litigation risk “substantially” impacts climate exposures: Oxford research

New research by the Oxford Sustainable Law Programme has warned that failing to account for litigation risk in climate-related financial risk assessments is “increasingly untenable”, with the potential for companies to look to pass defence costs on to insurers.
