B&B to sell 600-person TPA units to Davies for up to $205mn
Brown & Brown has agreed to sell four third-party administrator (TPA) businesses to Davies Group, with the US retail broker also announcing a long-term strategic commercial relationship with the UK-based professional services and technology solutions provider.
