Alliant files suit against ex-staffer Rasmussen and start-up Resilience over “unfair competition”

Alliant Insurance Services has sued Emily Rasmussen and Resilience Insurance Advisory Corp over claims the former employee “brazenly” broke contractual and fiduciary duties and the newly formed Jacksonville, Florida-based start-up “surreptitiously orchestrated a mass transition” of staff in an allegedly “quintessential example of unfair competition”.
