Over 15% of US Covid-19 BI cases terminated so far: Penn Law

More than 15 percent of the Covid-19-related business interruption (BI) insurance cases that have been filed in the US are no longer active, with the majority voluntarily dropped and a growing number dismissed on the merits, according to an analysis by Penn Law.
