AM Best negative on commercial property over Covid and cat concerns

AM Best has assigned a negative market segment outlook to US commercial property insurance because of uncertainty over business interruption (BI) legislation from the Covid-19 pandemic and the increasing frequency and severity of natural catastrophes.
