Fidelis shuffles senior leadership as promotes Mathias to deputy chair

Bermuda-London carrier Fidelis has made a trio of appointments within its senior leadership team with Charles Mathias promoted to deputy chair and Matthew Bellamy stepping into the role of director of underwriting.
