BMS buys US reinsurance broker Trean Intermediaries
BMS has added to its US reinsurance broking platform with the acquisition of expansive Trean Intermediaries and its management team, including Sean Ryan and JJ Johnson, in a move it said will help “strengthen its grip” as a “top-tier” firm able to compete at the highest levels.
