Judge lays up win to Chubb in LA Lakers Covid-19 suit
A California district court judge has thrown out a Covid-19 business interruption lawsuit brought by The Los Angeles Lakers against a Chubb subsidiary, in a ruling stating that the National Basketball Association (NBA) team had failed to state a claim.
