Benetton to vote against incumbent Generali board: reports

Italy’s Benetton family, which holds just under 4 percent in the country’s largest insurer Generali, has made the decision to vote for board candidates submitted by rebel shareholder Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone and against current CEO Philippe Donnet, according to reports from Italian daily Il Sole 24 Ore.
