R&Q vote: Spiegel to remain chairman after receiving near 70% shareholder backing

Shareholders in London-listed R&Q have voted for under-fire executive chairman William Spiegel to remain in his role at its special general meeting (SGM) today, with nearly 70 percent voting against his removal.
