Allstate UW improvement helps drive Q3 beat
US giant Allstate reported third quarter adjusted net income of $946mn, or $2.84 a share, which was up on the $759mn, or $2.16 share reported in the prior-year period and ahead of the $2.59 a share analyst consensus forecast.
